2025 Pachyderm Club

Dear Fellow Republicans,

I hope this letter finds all of you doing well in this new year!

We had a remarkably successful 2024. Locally, we won all races and our State Representative seat, District 74. This success would not have been possible without your generous support!

We cannot, however, rest on our past successes, which brings us to the purpose of this letter. It is the annual time of year that we once again start the task of raising money. We MUST rebuild our war chest and prepare for 2026. We strive to have one of the best funded political operations in Southwest Indiana. We continue to have a strong presence in the community. Money is given directly to our opposed candidates, we run ads on several radio stations, send out several direct mail pieces and run ads in both local newspapers. Elected Republicans were also out in full swing working for those on the ballot. Party officials were busy orchestrating fundraisers and setting up for events.

Again, we need your continued support so we can hold our annual events, donate to local organizations, and prepare for campaigns down the road. I am proud and humbled by the support I have received as your County Chairman over the last twelve years. I am especially proud of the progress we have made! But there is still work to do.

I ask that you please consider joining or renewing your membership in the Pachyderm Club. In the Pachyderm Club you can receive different benefits at different levels of giving.

Please save the date of our Lincoln-Reagan Dinner. Saturday, March 29th at Santa’s Lodge in the Celebration Room. It’s sure to be a great event with our new Lieutenant Governor, Micah Beckwith and our new 8th district congressman, Mark Messmer keynoting.

Here is a link to the Contribution form that shows the levels and benefits of each respective level.

It is imperative that we provide the best campaign infrastructure for our candidates that we possibly can. We cannot do it without you!

Thank you for your consideration!

IT’S PACHYDERM TIME!

Dear Fellow Republican,

As you know 2022 was a big election year and with your financial support, we were able to continue our strong presence throughout the county in parades, fairs, festivals and community dinner/auction events.
2022 was a very successful year for Spencer County Republicans!

There were many offices up for election including Auditor, Assessor, Commissioner, 4 District Council seats, Coroner, Sheriff, Prosecutor, all Township Trustees and Township Boards, many of which we had to defend. We filed all ten of our county level candidates January 13th 2022, and with their hard work and your financial support they all won their races.

I am writing today to ask for your help with the 2023 municipal races that include Rockport, Santa Claus, Dale, Grandview, Richland and Gentryville. We rely on you to help us, because as we have said many times before, there is no one else. We need both financial and volunteer support. Your generosity ensures the Republican Party will continue to have an active and vital role in our community. We will participate in the usual local fairs, festivals, and parades. We will continue to host our annual Lincoln-Reagan Day Dinner at Santa’s Lodge. This year’s dinner will be March 11th. Stay tuned for more information about the Southern Indiana Republican Golf Scramble! The annual Perry-Spencer Picnic will be at Mulzer’s Camp on August 17th. This takes a great deal of organization, volunteers, and money.

If you are currently a member of the Pachyderm Club, we sincerely thank you and ask you to renew your membership. If not, please give serious consideration to contributing through this donor club. As you will see on the form below there are several levels of giving. Also, please note the extra benefits you receive as a Pachyderm Club member!

You can download the form, print it, fill it out and mail it or you can make your donation online at https://goo.gl/ETXAhG.

Republican Strong!
