Carmel, Illinois and Armstrong State\nCollege in Savannah, Georgia. Stephens received an Associates Degree from\nWabash Valley in 1989 and graduated cum laude from Armstrong State in 1992 with\na Bachelor of Science Degree in liberal arts.
