Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
In order to be eligible to register to vote, you must:<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n<\/td>\n\u2022 be a citizen of the United States,
\n\u2022 be at least 18 years old on the day of the next general, municipal, or special election,
\n\u2022 have lived in your precinct for at least 30 days before the next general, municipal, or special election (except for certain military voters); and
\n\u2022 not currently be imprisoned after being convicted of a crime.<\/td>\n		<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Voting is Spencer is conducted in 25 precincts <\/strong><\/a>in the 8 townships and elections are conducted by the Election Board<\/a> in the County Courthouse in Rockport, IN.<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
